I'm Gaby Finck Ochoa
I am Mexican, a global intercultural coach of Intercultural Expats. For 20 years I have worked in transnational companies coordinating teams and marketing campaigns,and since 2017, I have been living as an expat in Germany.
This dual professional and experiential perspective led me to create this space to accompany you if you are starting a new life abroad.

My professional journey
Throughout my professional path, I have experienced multiple roles, cultures, and stages that deeply enrich my work today as a global intercultural trainer. I have collaborated with teams and individuals from various countries, which has taught me to understand different ways of thinking, communicating, and working together. This has expanded my intercultural perspective and toolkit, allowing me to support others in their migration journeys with greater empathy and effectiveness.

Workshop: Integration of new employees
